Cross Country Program

The coaches at AOC are excited for a great cross country season in 2020!   We have a full scheduled planned and look forward to a wonderful team!   Our program is for athletes aged 8 to 18.  We are a developmental program with the goal of having a positive culture that is welcoming to all kids.

Cross Country Season

Last week of August through last week of November
The cross country season starts in the fall of each year. Runners will run across a natural terrain and cover distances between 2K to 5K with younger athletes running the shorter distances. Athletes who enjoy running mid to full distance will enjoy the added challenge of covering various surfaces including hills. Summer Competition Has Ended

Congratulations to all of the 60+ athletes that competed in the AAU National Junior Olympic Games in Detroit Michigan.   What a great season that ended on such a positive note with many AOC athletes medaling in many running, and field events.  Read More »
