Spring Season

Mid-March through May
The spring season is a developmental season. Spring affords a great opportunity for new athletes to try the sport and get the fundamentals of running. We also welcome the seasoned athletes who will get the opportunity to work and improve on their skills or to try new events.

  • Practices: Mondays, Thursdays, and some Saturdays
  • Competitions: Typically in the Philadelphia area on Saturdays
