Practices

Most of Ambler Olympic Club's activities are held at the Larry Wilson Track on the Gwynedd Mercy Academy campus, 1345 Sumneytown Pike, Gwynedd Valley, PA 19437. Gwynedd Mercy Academy is convenietly accessible from the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Rt. 202, Rt. 309 and other local highways.

Here is a map showing how to reach the track from the Pennsylvania Turnpike/I-276 at Exit 25/Fort Washington/Route 309. Take the Spring House/Norristown Road exit off of Route 309 and follow Norristown Road until it becomes Sumneytown Pike and reaches the school campus. Turn right into the Gwynedd Mercy Academy campus and follow signs for parking:

Meets

The Spring Surburban Development Meets are held at the Larry Wilson Track and Lower Merion High School. Lower Merion High School is located at 245 East Montgomery Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003. It is easily accessible from Lancaster Avenue/Rt. 30 off of I-476.

From Ambler:

· PA Turnpike to 476S(Heading toward Chester)

· Once on 476 get off at exit 6.

· Follow sign for Rte. 23

· Make left at first light(Matson Ford Rd.)

· Go approximately 1 mile and make left(3rd light counting flashing light) onto Montgomery Ave.

· Follow approximately 5.3 miles(17th traffic light) and make left onto Owen Rd.

· Make immediate left onto high school driveway which leads to the parking lot.

· Once you park, you will need to walk back to Montgomery Ave. and cross the street to the track.

· Do not park on the side streets near the track or you will be ticketed.
