Can you believe it's time for Spring Track & Field season to start? AOC is looking forward to another year of Track & Field practices and competition. AOC has four programs: Winter/Indoor Track, Spring Developmental, Summer Competition and Cross Country. The coaches look forward to seeing the athletes prepare, practice, improve and compete throughout the year. In March, we start Spring Developmental practice. So athletes get prepared to run, jump and throw for the 2014 season.
To enhance your workouts, add strength training two times a week. This includes weight training, water resistance training in a pool, uphill running (downhill running should be minimized), or just plain manual labor. Weight training should be done in consultation with the coaching staff. Read More »
