Congratulations to all of the 60+ athletes that competed in the AAU National Junior Olympic Games in Detroit Michigan. What a great season that ended on such a positive note with many AOC athletes medaling in many running, and field events.
The Summer Competition Program is underway. AOC athletes have a great opportunity with many experienced coaches to improve and enhance their performance. A good attitude, hard work and consistency will pay great dividends. We look forward to a great summer competition season.
